These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of marcusbellringer.com and any content, features, or services offered on it (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Marcus Bell and Bellringer Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site, submit forms, or subscribe to the newsletter.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photography, audio, video, design, and code — is owned by Marcus Bell, Bellringer Productions, or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our prior written permission.
“Marcus Bell,” “Bellringer,” “Bellringer Productions,” and related names, logos, and product marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use them.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its networks.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to access the Site except for legitimate indexing by major search engines.
- Submit false, misleading, or other people’s personal information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site or any content from it to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission.
4. Submissions and feedback
When you contact us, request a press kit, or otherwise send us information, you represent that you have the right to share it. We may use feedback or suggestions you send us without obligation, though we will not publish your personal information without consent.
5. Music, media, and licensing
Audio, video, and imagery showcased on the Site is provided for informational and previewing purposes only. Any sync, master use, mechanical, or other licensing must be requested through the contact form or the Bellringer Productions licensing team. Use of these works without a written licence is prohibited.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party ventures, products, and platforms (including Bellringer Productions, SuperQ, Boardrion, and others). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk.
7. No professional advice
Articles, talks, and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We don’t guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcus Bell, Bellringer Productions, and their officers, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marcus Bell and Bellringer Productions from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
